Annette MacKay
CURRICULUM VITAE
Annette is a fourth year Ph. D. student in the Department of
Sociology and Anthropology. She received
a B.A. in Sociology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and an M. A. in Social
and Public Policy from Duquesne University. She has been a WVU graduate
teaching instructor and academic advisor for SOCA undergraduates. Annette is
currently a Graduate Research Assistant working with the new Online Graduate
Certificate in Social Science Research program. Annette is also a member of the
Think Tank for Social Research on Cannabis and an Eberly College Social
Justice Research Fellow. Annette’s dissertation and research interest is in
neighborhood gentrification studies, community development, and public policy.
