SOCA Tutoring Center

The SOCA Tutoring Center is an online resource available to all WVU undergraduate students who require assistance in the subjects of Anthropology, Criminology, and Sociology. Our aims are to foster academic success in SOCA 101: Introduction to Sociology and in SOCA 105: Introduction to Anthropology and to support SOCA majors as they move on to upper-level SOCA coursework. 

The SOCA Tutoring Center specializes in SOCA 101: Introduction to Sociology, SOCA 105: Introduction to Anthropology, SOCA 232: Criminology, and SOCA 234: The Criminal Justice System, SOCA 301: Sociological Theory, and SOCA 311: Sociological Methods. Our tutors also have a wide-range of experience with SOCA subjects and coursework and students are encouraged to request a tutor for for any undergraduate SOCA course.
